Creating an Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account
• You must be at least 13 years old
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person (don't share accounts)

Account Security

• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• We're not liable for losses from unauthorized account use

What You Own

• You own the URLs, tags, and organizational choices you create
• We don't claim ownership of your saved content
• The actual content at those URLs belongs to their respective creators

What We Can Do

By using Stow, you grant us permission to:

• Store your saved URLs and metadata
• Display your content back to you
• Fetch metadata from URLs you save (titles, descriptions, thumbnails)
• Process your data as described in our Privacy Policy

Content Responsibility

• You're responsible for the URLs you save
• We don't monitor or verify the content you save
• Don't save URLs to illegal content

Do

• Use Stow to organize content for personal consumption
• Report bugs and provide feedback
• Be patient with us (we're a small team)

What We Provide

• A mobile app to save and organize URLs
• Automatic metadata extraction for saved content
• Cloud sync across your devices
• Platform detection for supported sites (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)

What We Don't Guarantee

• 100% uptime (we'll do our best, but outages happen)
• Perfect metadata extraction (some sites block it)
• Permanent storage (always keep important links elsewhere too)
• That saved URLs will remain accessible (we don't control external sites)

Changes to the Service

We may:

• Add or remove features
• Change how things work
• Modify or discontinue the service

We'll try to notify you of significant changes, but we reserve the right to make changes at any time.

Ours

• The Stow app, code, design, and branding belong to us
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app
• "Stow" and our logo are our trademarks

Yours

• Your organizational choices, tags, and preferences remain yours
• You can export or delete your data at any time

Third-Party Content

• Content at the URLs you save belongs to those content creators
• We don't host the actual content, just links to it
• Platform logos and names belong to their respective owners

By You

• You can stop using Stow at any time
• You can request account deletion (see Privacy Policy)

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the service
• Create legal liability for us

We'll try to warn you first, but reserve the right to act immediately in serious cases.

What Happens After

• You lose access to your saved content in Stow
• We may delete your data per our Privacy Policy
• Sections that should survive (like liability limits) continue to apply

"As Is" Service

Stow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• The service will meet all your needs
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free of harmful components

External Links

We're not responsible for:

• Content at URLs you save
• Availability of external content
• Changes or removal of external content

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Entire Agreement

These terms, plus our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Stow.

Severability

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

No Waiver

Not enforcing a provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
